Account / Login Issues on the Forum / Helpdesk

If you need to change the email address associated with your account, you can do so via the forum’s User Control Panel (usernames can’t be changed).

If you’re having trouble logging in to our web site (Forum, Helpdesk, or Wiki), it can be because:

  1. You don’t have an account. To create an account, visit:
  2. You have an older account that was only created on the Forum. In this case try logging in via both of these locations:
  3. You registered an account, but never clicked on the activation e-mail. Find your confirmation email (possibly in your spam folder) and click the confirmation link.
  4. Your credentials are incorrect. This may occur if instead of entering your MediaMonkey website credentials, you’ve inadvertently used the following:
    • the Store’s User ID & Password
    • your E-mail address instead of Username
    • your MediaMonkey Gold Username & License Key
  5. You’ve forgotten your website password. Visit the reset password page to resolve.

If you still can’t log in, please create a new account and submit a support ticket with details of the problematic account.
